Bilingual Teaching

Bilingual Portuguese/English education will cover all levels of education, from kindergarten to the 3rd Cycle of Basic Education. Our children will have English classes every day with an English teacher and Physical Education, Music classes will also be taught in English. From the 3rd year onwards, we will follow the CLIL methodology, which advocates the teaching of differentiated content in English.

DEmotional Development and Mindfulness Practice

Taking into account the relevance of mindfulness in children's emotional autonomy, in the ability to concentrate and in communication with others, which is intended to be peaceful and harmony-oriented, we understand that the practice of mindfulness should be integrated into the civic training curriculum with a mindfulness teacher and in a team with the teacher in charge.

Integrated Music Teaching

From pre-school, students meet an intense and diverse musical environment. At the 3th grade children may initiate learning an instrument or being part of a choir or an orchestral musical workshop ORFF.

Regular education will coexist with music education, fostering a more complete global education in terms of scientific, human, and artistic knowledge, stimulating concentration, rigor, accuracy, inner discipline, sensitivity, and creativity.

Identity, Sustainability & Citizenship

Our Program helps students to develop self-knowledge and to provide them with experiences, reflections and tools that support them in the development of values and attitudes to balance between personal and community development, considering the needs and capacities of each of the parties. In addition, it is intended to provide students with ecological awareness and qualify them with skills and knowledge that allow them to act as informed, independent, critical, active, and responsible citizens prepared to adapt to a diverse and constantly changing world.
